About the Author
Kavita Krishnamurthi was graduated and post-graduated (Psychology) from Annamalai University in 1986. She took her M.B.A. degree from the University of Madras. An well-known author, Krishnamurthi has visited several times abroad for attending international seminar and conferences. She has published 20 research papers in national and international journals. Presently, she is working as a senior consultant in many institutions and companies. Her prominent publications are Global Encyclopaedia of Business Management, Human Resource Management: Concept and Planning and Advertising Management.
