The rapid development of various institutes offering different management courses gives the impression that management is the “latest trend” in the field of education; however, it is also true that this two year post graduate management degree does not ensure uniformity in terms of its quality. Many such institutes and universities conferring “management” degrees are questioned about their authenticity and reputation.

This book highlights the current scenario of management education in India and different facets of management education like pedagogy, curriculum and industry academia interface etc. The book based upon the opinion of students, faculty and administration toward management education. The various factors affecting quality of management education have been studied and found how they affect the quality of education. ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dr. Deepti Bhargava is working as Principal of Shrinathji Institute of Biotechnology and Management, Nathdwara. She has gain 18 years of experience in teaching and administrative work. She is the Coordinator of IGNOU regular Study Centre and Research Scholar Supervisor under Mohanlal Sukhadia University Udaipur. Her specialization areas are Organisation Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Business Ethics and Indian Ethos, and Information Technology. She has organized 5 National Seminars, 5 National Workshop, 3 Personality development workshops, 2 Symposium and 24 Papers has been presented in National/International Seminars/Conferences. She has  also a book on Talent Management and published 22 papers in National/International Journals.She has taken Life Membership of National Bodies like Indian Commerce Association, All  India Management Association and Indian Society for Training and Development.  Engage in evaluation and assessment work of Rajasthan technical University, Kota and  Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, MS University, Vadodra, Banasthali University, Banasthali, and Nagpur University, Nagpur.
