About the Author
Sonam Sharma is working as an Assistant Professor in Dewan Institute of Management Studies, Meerut, since August 2004. She has obtained her M.Sc. (Statistics) degree with a gold medal from Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut and obtained PGDHRM from IGNOU. She has presented papers in many national and international seminars, conferences and workshops.
