About the Book
The present edition of Organisational Behaviour: A Comprehensive Study is redesigned in the context of new emerging workplace realities. It explains how emotions guide employee’s motivation, attitudes, and decisions; how values have become the new resource to shape workplace behaviour; how companies rely on creativity and a learning orientation as their source of competitive advantage in the knowledge economy; and how appreciative inquiry has become one of the emerging strategies for organisational change. This edition also presents the new reality that organisational behaviour is not just for managers; it is relevant and useful to anyone who works in and around organisations.
