About the Authors

Dr. Pankaj Madan: Internationally Renowned Practicing Professor and Actualizer. Dr. PankajMadan is a multidisciplinary academician with degrees in Production Engineering, Management and Web Technology. He is a Practicing Professor and Corporate Trainer of international repute and is presently Associate Professor at Faculty of Management Studies, GurukulKangri University, Haridwar. Before turning to academia Dr. Madan had also worked with two reputed Engineering Companies for four years. In the past Dr. Madan had taught at University of Southern Queensland in Dubai as an Asst. Professor and is Visiting Professor at Shaoxing University, China, CENTRUM Catolica, the business school of University of Peru and IIT, Roorkee. He is also listed as Premium Educator with Harvard Business School Publishing, Boston. Dr. Madan is a quality consultant and imparts corporate trainings and consultancy on Quality Management and Career Planning. He has already authored eleven books and conducted more than 500 workshops and trainings. One of his books was also listed among Best Sellers of India Today Book Club.

Dr. Neeraj Anand born in 1968 at Bikaner, Rajasthan and graduated in Civil Engineering from Nagpur University, Nagpur in 1989 and post-graduated in Marketing Management in 1992, started his career as Marketing Executive in the industry and in 1995 joined academics as a Lecturer in Management in a reputed institute of Rajasthan. His areas of specialization are Supply Chain Management, Quantitative Techniques and Research Methodology. He was awarded with doctorate degree in management from Sardar Patel University, Gujarat in 2003. He did a MRP with UGC and a short-term fellowship with EDI, Gandhinagar. He switched to University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun in June, 2005. He was promoted to Associate Professor in 2008. He was also instrumental for promoting activities of the Incubation Centre namely ENERGY in July 2009 and organized a national conference, Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Programs and various other events as the President of ENERGY for two years. He has published an edited book on “Contemporary Issues in Energy Sector” in April, 2009.
