About the Editors

Dr. Annesha Saha is working as an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Management & Commerce, The ICFAI University, Tripura since 2011. She is also leading the Commerce Department in the same University as head of the department (HOD) since 2019. She did her B.Com (H) in the year 2005 from Assam University (A Central University), M.Com in the year 2007 and awarded Ph.D Degree in December 2016 from Tripura University (A Central University). Her area of interest is Accounting, Finance, Business Management and Rural Entrepreneurship. She has published many research articles in the journals of national and international repute and has also authored two books titled ”Microfinance and Rural Women Entrepreneurship” by Himalaya Publishing House in the year 2018 and “Microfinance, Agripreneurship & Rural Development”  by Mittal Publications in the year 2021.

Dr. Gokul Acharjee is a professional academician living in Agartala, Tripura, India.  He is passionate for teaching, research mentoring start-ups and consultancy. Received Doctoral degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in Rural Management in the year 2013.  His profession is enriched with 12 years of experience in the industry, teaching, research, and management. He is presently working as Head of the Department of Rural Management at ICFAI University Tripura. He has published more than 11 research article in a peer-reviewed journal and attended 10 international/and national conferences. He has visited China for an international conference. Moreover, he is one of the winning team members in the World Bank Global Development Market place Competition 2006 in Washington with a prize of USD 200,000 for Desi power India Pvt. Ltd.

Sujoy Hazari is working as an Assistant Professor (Agricultural Economics) in Faculty of Management & Commerce, The ICFAI University Tripura since 2018 and leading different courses of Agribusiness, Rural Management and Economics. He has done his B.Sc. in Agriculture from College of Agriculture, Tripura in the year 2011. M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola, Maharashtra in the year 2014, and pursuing Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from ICFAI University Tripura. He is the recipient of several scholarships and awards. His area of interest in research is Agribusiness, Production Economics, Marketing of Agricultural and allied sectors.    He has published about 17 research papers in various reputed national and international journals. He has also experienced in organizing training, workshop, seminar, and survey program etc.

Dr. Debanjan Nag is presently working as an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Management and Commerce, ICFAI University Tripura, India. He received the Ph. D degree in Management from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India in the year 2017. He is also a Master of Philosophy (M. Phil) in Management from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India. He did his MBA from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India with HR (major) and Marketing (minor) as specializations subjects. His research interest is in the areas of entrepreneurship, microenterprises and tourism. He had presented research papers at various national and international conferences in India. He had published 10 research articles in peer-reviewed national and international journals and attended 10 conferences in various national and international conferences.

Dr. Niharika Singh is currently working as Assistant Professor in Faculty of Management & Commerce, ICFAI University Tripura, India. She holds an MBA and PhD degree from Mizoram University and has interest in human resource management, marketing management and multidisciplinary topics. She has UGC-JRF in Management and has published scholarly articles in journals of national and international importance.
