It is compilation of more than 179 mystics, their mystical tradition and the terminologies used by them. The mystical orders are represented in this collection has found a little place in the Islamic literature. For the first time, readers will access within these two volumes to some of the finest poets and philosophers of Islamic mysticism. About the Author
N.K. Singh, PhD from Patna University, has specialised himself in oriental studies and wrote a number of books on religion and philosophy. His works especially on oriental studies initiated considerable interest on Buddhism, Hinduism and Islam, carrying high appreciation from scholars of Buddhist and Islamic countries. Presently, he is working as the Director of International Centre for Religious Studies, Delhi and Chief Editor of Global Religious Vision, a quarterly Research Journal. His major contribution in promotion of inter-religious dialogue is widely appreciated.
