About the Authors
Prof Jayanta Chakraborti is Associate Professor, ICFAI University Tripura & Chief Technical Advisor, ESP Stats. He is an Engineer, MBA and MA in Economics. He has over 20 years of experience in teaching, consulting and doing strategic interventions. He has done consulting projects for Coca Cola USA, Colgate Palmolive USA, Autodesk China, Marubeni Japan, Henkel Germany, Hissan Nepal, ICICI Bank, Punjab National Bank, Videocon and many others. He has jointly conducted workshops with eminent faculties from Harvard, Wharton, London Business School and INSEAD Paris. He is also the author of two best-sellers ‘The Cinderella Jones Affair’ and ‘The Digital Entrepreneur.’ His area of specialization is Business Analytics and Digital Marketing.

Dr Rashmi Tripathi is Assistant Professor, Graphic Era University, Dehradun. She has over 13 Years of work experience in teaching and consulting. She has done her MBA in HR from Allahabad University, Fellow Program from Lucknow University and Masters in Psychology from IGNOU with specialization in Industrial Psychology. She has done several critically acclaimed research projects for Government of Uttarakhand, Planning Commission of India, AFC and Uttar Pradesh Government. She has published research papers in reputed journals and also presented papers in IIT and IIMs which have been well appreciated.
Saman is a double post graduate with a degree in Applied Industrial Psychology and Human Resources. She is a seasoned I/O Psychologist who lends her consultancy as an OD Practitioner. She is also a Master Trainer and Senior Assessor for SHRM, India. Her consulting experience of over a decade has been in the area of talent, career and performance management. She has consulted for clients such as Honeywell, Zensar Technologies, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Accenture, Coca-Cola, Fiserv India Pvt.
