Your 20% employees actually contribute to 80% of your revenues. But do you know them?
We live in the era of Big Data. As per report given by IBM, around 2.5 quintillion bytes of data is being generated every day. Data is coming in varied forms — numeric, text, alpha-numeric, image, audio and video. And we have Cognitive Software and Artificial Intelligence that can delve deep into the human mind….
Where will you find the best talent for your company ? How much should you pay them ? How do you accurately evaluate their performance ? How do you keep them motivated and happy ? How can you bring down the attrition ?  These are burning questions being asked in the corporate arena…
With an ocean of data being available all around, the answer to these questions lie in Human Capital Analytics. Based on research done on more than 100 blue-chip companies , this book makes an attempt to lay down a strategic path to harness the power of technology to develop the talent pool of next generation leaders.
