About the Authors

Dr. S. Ramachandran, Dean and Director–MM Institute of Management, Maharishi Markandeshwar Deemed to be University is basically a man of knowledge endowed with academic brilliance and corporate work style.

A MBA graduate with Ph.D. in Management studies from University of Madras, he is fluent in English, Tamil, Hindi and some of the Indian languages. Dr S Ramachandran has over 22 years of leading Corporate and academic experience. As a brand custodian, he has handled world famous brands like Amrutanjan, Veta, Stedman etc. He has written and published articles in reputed national and international journals. Has more than 25 articles published in SCOPUS indexed journals.

Dr. Sakshi Vashisht, is an Assistant Professor in Maharishi Markandeshwar Institute of Management, Mullana, Ambala (Haryana). She is M.B.A (Human Resource Management and Marketing Management) and B.Tech in Information Technology. She is UGC NET/JRF qualified.

Dr. Sakshi Vashisht has over 8 years of teaching and research experience. The author has published over 15 research papers in various refereed journals and has presented research papers in national and international conferences/seminars in India. The author’s areas of interest are Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour.
