About the Book

The central theme of this edition is to share our experience of universe that exists in the interaction between psychology and the one beyond psychology, and this interaction is being mediated by our physiology. In ten chapters, the author has tried to explore the nature of universal perception, and its relation with physiological and psychological perception. This edition also focuses on the whole spectrum of the world of things and people that depend on the nature of the observer. About the Author

Ruth Baer, Research Associate of Psychology, University of Kentucky, is a neuro-scientist. Using laboratory animals, he studied the effects of alcohol and other drugs on the electrical activity of the visual system. During the time that he has been at Lawrence, Hetzler’s research has produced twenty scientific journal articles and conference presentations with Lawrence student co-authors. Recently, he has begun a new programme of research on mindfulness and mindfulness-based interventions.
