In today’s scenario, the world has become very competitive and most of the organisations strive to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their employees. Dr. Malinee Priya is an Assistant Professor in the department of Psychology at Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, Delhi University, Delhi. She has a teaching experience of 12 years as an assistant professor. Dr. Malinee has done her Masters and PhD. In the field of Psychology. Her areas of specialisation are Psychometrics and Organizational Behaviour. Dr. Priya has successfully guided M.Phil. students for their dissertation in Psychology. Her areas of research includes cognitive, positive psychology, special needs children, organisational psychology.
