About the Authors
Ashish Pandey took his MBA from Dr. Hari Singh Gaur University, Sagar. Pandey is presently pursuing his research work in abroad. He has attended several seminars and conferences and presented his research papers, some of which had been highly appreciated and initiated a considerable research on human resource management.
Atul Kr. Sharma did his M.A. in Psychology and MBA from Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. Sharma is having several years experience as a Senior Manager in a multinational company in Mumbai and Bangalore. He has written many papers published in India and abroad, and also has presented papers in national and international conferences.
