The present book is a comprehensive study using all almost all the element of personality enhancement in public as well as professional life. Fourth part reviews the role of emotional intelligence in personality development in next five chapters. About the Author

Prof. Anup Malhotra is a senior faculty member in the department of financial management in Northwest University, Chicago. Before joining Northwest University in 1998, Prof. Malhotra had worked as a consultant in several national and multi-national companies in Mumbai and Bangalore. He takes time to pen certain valuable books, a research papers in his area. In the present book, he has focused on various approaches of personality enhancement.
