The main objective of this edition is to provide comprehensive information about nature of Arab political system with special reference to Islamic universalism which may enable the students and scholars to understand the Islamic and western influence on the modern Arab nationalism. Abdul Qadir is a notable scholar of Islamic Law and Politics. He did his M.A. (Political Science) and L.L.B. from Calcutta University. Presently, Mr. Qadir is practising as a lawyer in Kolkata. He has several important research papers published in reputed research journals. His notable published work is “Wakf: Islamic Law of Charitable Trust”.
