About the Authors
Professor Akbar Husain has beenretired from the Department of Psychology, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh (INDIA) after serving more than 41 years of service. He was Chairman, Department of Psychology and the Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Currently, Professor Husain isVisiting Professor at Aligarh College of Education, Aligarh. After retirement he is engaged in writing books, articles, psychological tests standardization, and executing research projects in the fields of Islamic Psychology, Positive and Spiritual Psychology. Professor Husain received the Sir Syed Innovation Award in 2018.
Dr. Mohd Arif Khanis Senior Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh (INDIA).He has exposure working with organizations of national & international repute while providing Social Work students an opportunity to learn from grass root experiences. He is guiding theses of doctoral fellows, teaching and mentoring post graduate and under graduate students of Social Work in theory, concurrent field work, seminar presentations, supervisory conferences, group discussions, training and placement.
Dr. Khan has taught papers such as Social Psychology & Child Development, Human Growth & Development, Community Work & Social Action, Social Policy & Planning, Social Welfare Administration, Dimensions of Health & Medical Social Work etc. Dr. Khan has contributed to knowledge with papers & articles in books and Scopus Indexed & peer reviewed journals. He has participated at international platforms, apex national & state decision making bodies.
