About the Book
Employee Engagement is a recent phenomenon which has been sweeping across organizations the world over. They need employees who are highly motivated and truly committed to their work and organization, that is, engaged employees. Engaged employees are highly motivated to perform and demonstrate higher productivity. Keeping in view the emerging paradigm, a humble and sincere attempt has been made by the author to present the concepts of employee engagement coupled with simple yet effective strategies for successfully engaging employees.
